Trial and error is the norm in the NICU. If they don't periodically test Delaney they won't be able to tell whether she's matured to the point where she can become more independent. Thus, they turned down her high-flow to see how well she could breathe. To make a long story short, they had to turn her back up, and they also adjusted her caffeine level. Our little girl worked hard, but she had enough issues to where we had to pull back and regroup. She'll keep working on it.We get the impression that Delaney is tired of us taking pictures of her.
